Replace Your Driver's License

Please read this before requesting a replacement Driver's License

This transaction allows you to request a replacement Driver's License only if you have one of the new style licenses (see sample images below).

You cannot request a duplicate driver's license online if you wish to keep your social security number as your license number.

Your replacement license will be mailed to the address on file.

NOTE: If you have an Under-21 or Junior Operator License you will receive an updated license that is appropriate for your current age and driving experience.
